ARMATHOS EXPERIMENTAL VINIFICATIONS

A small amount of the must used in 2022 for the production of ARMATHOS ROZE was subjected to experimental vinification with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and the vinification and bottling were completed with minimal interventions (low sulfitation, no filtration). The result justified us.

Organoleptic Characteristics: Almost orange in color, Nature rosé Armathos gives off intense earthy and mineral aromas, as well as hazelnut aromas but also hints of ripe fruits such as apple and plum. On the palate it is rich with low acidity, enough oiliness and an exuberant aftertaste of ripe fruits.

Time for Aging: 2-5 years

Food Pairing Suggestions: Served at 10-12°C and goes well with white and fatty meats, mushroom preparations and seafood meze. Ideal with mushroom risotto with parmesan.
